Israel (domestic): 3–5 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
North America: 10–18 business days
Rest of the world: 14–21 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and dimensions. We strive to offer the most competitive shipping rates possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed the following Sunday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Naonova has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@naonova.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
